Refund Policy
Effective date: 5 June 2026
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all subscriptions and Credit purchases made through Pulse.
3.1 General position — all sales are final
Pulse provides immediate access to artificial-intelligence generation and computing resources. Because Credits unlock that access as soon as they are made available, subscription fees and Credit purchases are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances set out in §3.2. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this.
3.2 When we will make it right
We will re-credit your account, or where appropriate refund the relevant amount, in the following cases only:
- Credits paid for but not received — you completed a payment for a plan or top-up, the amount was charged, but the corresponding Credits were not added to your account.
- Credits lost to a verified system error — Credits were deducted because of a confirmed platform fault or a generation that failed and was not automatically refunded by our system. (Our platform is designed to return Credits automatically when a generation fails; this covers the rare case where that does not occur.)
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — you were charged more than once for the same item, or charged in error.
3.3 What we will not refund
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not provide refunds for: change of mind; dissatisfaction with the style, quality or performance of AI-generated Content (which you are responsible for reviewing before use); Credits that have been consumed; unused or expired monthly Credits; partial billing periods after cancellation; or accounts terminated for breach of the Terms.
3.4 How remedies are applied
Where a claim under §3.2 is verified, our standard remedy is to restore the affected Credits to your account. For duplicate or erroneous charges (§3.2.3), we will refund to your original payment method. Refunds to a payment method are processed within fourteen (14) business days of verification; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
3.5 How to make a claim
Email hello@pulsehq.biz within 14 days of the transaction or incident, with your account email, the transaction date and reference, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond promptly.
3.6 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Monthly plan Credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were granted; purchased top-up Credits do not expire.
3.7 Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
3.8 Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable.
