Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI STUDIO PTE. LTD. (“Pulse”, “we”, “us”), operator of the Pulse platform at pulsehq.biz, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA).

By using Pulse, you acknowledge the practices described here. Pulse is a business tool; if you provide personal data belonging to others (for example, a client’s contact details or social handles), you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1.1 Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, business name, email address, and an encrypted (hashed) password.
  • Brand and content data you provide: brand guidelines, logos, product information, social media handles, uploaded images and documents, and any text you enter.
  • Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and actions taken within the platform.
  • Billing data: plan, transaction records, and partial payment identifiers. Full card details are collected and processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
  • Communications: messages you send to support and your contact preferences.

1.2 How we use personal data

We use personal data to: create and administer your account; authenticate you; provide and operate the Service, including generating content from the inputs you supply; process billing and credits; provide support; maintain security and prevent misuse; improve and develop the Service; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, send you service and marketing communications.

1.3 Consent and legal basis

We collect, use and disclose personal data with your consent, or where deemed consent or an exception applies under the PDPA (for example, where reasonably necessary to provide a service you have requested). You may withdraw consent at any time (see §1.9), though this may limit our ability to provide the Service.

1.4 Public social media data

The Service includes trend-research features that collect publicly available information from social media platforms (for example, public posts and engagement metrics for handles you or your competitors operate). We process this public data to generate insights and content ideas. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to research any handle you input.

1.5 Service providers and disclosure

We share personal data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, solely to operate the Service. These include providers of cloud hosting and database, authentication, content and media generation, large-language-model processing, public-data research, payment processing, and analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights and safety.

1.6 International transfers

Some service providers process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

1.7 Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion (see §1.9).

1.8 Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, tenant isolation and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1.9 Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, withdraw consent, or request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@pulsehq.biz. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted under the PDPA.

1.11 Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

1.12 Marketing communications

Where you have consented or where permitted by law, we may send you marketing messages. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We comply with the Spam Control Act in respect of marketing messages.

1.13 Children

Pulse is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

1.14 Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
